Conference Scholarships

Thank you to everyone who submitted an application for a 2019 Conference Scholarship. The deadline for scholarship applications has now passed and winners will be notified soon!

Tracking PDHs

For those who need to track their professional development hours, you can use this PDH Tracker Sheet to self-check off the sessions that you attended and keep it for your records. Printed copies of the tracker will not be available onsite. 

Wednesday's Mobile and Onsite Workshops

If you haven’t done so already, please sign up for Wednesday’s onsite/mobile workshops before Friday, August 30. Space is limited for each workshop..

Hotel Information 

This year we have three hotels to choose from at different rates. Each hotel is located adjacent to the Grand Wayne Convention Center.

Attention State of Indiana Employees: We have a waiver for IDEM and IDNR employees to allow for reimbursement above the State of Indiana lodging per diem. Please email [email protected] for information about this waiver.

Golf Outing

The location of our 12th annual golf outing will be on Tuesday, September 3rd at Autumn Ridge Golf Club, located at 11420 Auburn Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46845. We had nearly 25 golfers at our last outing, and we are always looking for more!

Logo Merchandise

Threads is taking orders for INAFSM logo merchandise that you can purchase! They have selected some really cool items to put in a special webstore just for INAFSM that you can access by clicking here.

Orders placed by Friday August 16th, 2019 (11:59pm EDT) can be picked up from DJ at the conference. You can also have orders shipped to you (you can choose this option during your online check out) or you can pick them up at the Colored Threads store (if you contact them directly).

Parking Information

FOR ATTENDEES NOT STAYING OVERNIGHT IN HOST HOTELS

Parking for attendees not staying overnight will be available at the Civic Center Garage for $8 per day. The garage is located at 100 E. Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Both parking garages offer unlimited in and out privileges.

FOR ATTENDEES STAYING IN HOST HOTELS

If staying at any of the hotels, be sure to bring your parking ticket when you check into your hotel. Your parking will be added to your guest room bill.

Hilton Hotel Guests
Parking for attendees staying at the Hilton will also be available at the Civic Center Garage for $8 per day. The garage is located at 100 E. Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

Courtyard Marriott and Hampton Inn Guests

Parking for attendees staying at the Courtyard Marriott or Hampton Inn will be available at the Harrison Square Garage for the discounted rate of $4 per day. The garage is located at 1210 S. Harrison St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802
