DNR’s Floodplain Management Section will host a permitting workshop in April. This workshop will provide detailed instruction on permitting requirements and necessary documentation for various floodplain development activities.

Floodplain administrators and any other local officials who work on floodplain development permits are encouraged to attend. The workshop will offer continuing education credits (CECs) for Certified Floodplain Managers (CFM).

This two-hour workshop will be offered four times:

• Tuesday, April 22, from 9-11 a.m.
• Tuesday, April 22, from 1-3 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to noon
• Wednesday, April 23, from 2-4 p.m.

All sessions will cover the same material and be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Please register here for the session you wish to attend, and the meeting link will be sent to you as the workshop date approaches.
